MEET OUR TEAM

Marnie Norris, Founder:

Marnie has been championing inclusion for students with disabilities since 2002. She has worked with over 200 schools throughout the US and globally, reaching tens of thousands of students.

Her professional development work has served more than 5,000 teachers, para-educators, school administrators and support staff, parents, and professionals in a variety of industries.

Marnie’s inclusion experience extends far beyond the classroom to creating change in non-profit organizations, municipal and federal agencies, companies, and associations worldwide. She has spoken nationally and internationally for over two decades on best practices in inclusive program design, leadership, planning, and implementation.

After strategically supporting a variety of non-profit organizations since 1997, she joined Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration in 2002. It was there that she fell in love with building bridges between children with and without disabilities…creating belonging through simple yet profound actions.
